Removed the doxygen inside of every driver as doxygen is only meant for highlevel API documentation.
...
Documenting the drivers interface should be done inside a template driver or the gdisp LLD abstraction.

Multiple displays across one or more controllers is now fully supported.
...
Only the Win32 driver supports this so far.
Other drivers are currently broken due to API changes and will be fixed.

Win32 Hardware Toggle Emulation
...
Emulates 4 toggle switches and 4 momentary action buttons in the Win32
driver.
These are represented as a row of buttons under the GDISP display
window.
These are implemented as GINPUT Toggle driver (not as GPIO pins).
