include GDISP_NEED_TEXT and GDISP_NEED_ELLIPSE defaults to FALSE now. The former requires to enable at least one font which may not be needed (it sucks if compiling the basic examples) and the latter is barely needed anyway 2013-10-28 09:30:23 +10:00
