Added GINPUT Dial support and a driver that uses GADC to read the dial.
Added support for Dial inputs to the GWIN slider.

Simplified the assigning of inputs to GWIN "widgets" button and slider.

Images currently support Native and BMP (except RLE4,8 and 16 bit - due
to bugs)

buttons do not appear as the touch is not yet accurate enough to drive
them.
Added demo program to test the driver parameters for a new GINPUT touch
driver. It steps through a series of tests to ensure that the driver is
configured optimally.
